National Home Employment Service Where is my $ or Home Employment Jobs —No Response

In June I was on the Internet looking for jobs and their website appeared. I read over and over and it took a couple of days to decide to send them my money $29.95. I kept expecting an email and I received one with my Application Reference ID, but nothing else. I have sent them a number of emails [email protected] and [email protected] - no response. I have even marked the emails returned receipt. Whats up I want my money back.
