I paid 1.80 a trial package i never got ripoff internet

I cant recall when but i got a phone call from a web site called my dollar shop.com they offered me a trial package that was suposed to get in the mail for a 7 day trial peirod of 1.80 i gave them my credit card no but i never got the package
ive emailed them about it but never got a responce
