I order the double naturalaxer kit, the curl wonder kit, and the edge stick back on June 25. I was informed the order would take between 2 and 3 weeks for delivery but after 4 weeks I still had no product and my credit card was charged. I called and spoke with Donna who informed me of the product being on back order and it would be another 3 weeks before the naturalaxer completely cools and can be shipped. This time after 3 more weeks of waiting, I called and explained to Donna that I felt like I am being ripped off because she has my money but I still have no products! She then apologized and offered an extra item in my bag for the inconvience. October rolls around and guess what... Still no product! Frustrated I called Donna again and told her that I am no longer interested in the order and I would like for her to credit back the total amount taken from my credit card. She asked for my order number and said that she would do that for me. It is now December and I haven't received any products nor my money back. I want my $113.96!!! Because I trusted Donna's word and waited for the product or refund I missed out on cancelling the transaction through my credit card company. Now I'm pursuing small claims court!
