Ordered one product using their automated phone system and got billed for more then one item. I contacted them everyday to corrected the problem before the product was shipped and was told that they couldn't do anything until it was in their system. They ended up sending the products to me and taking the money out of my account anyways.
When I contacted them again and asked for a supervisor, I was told by her that she would take care of it. A week later my husband had to call and got the run around until he threaten them with this site. He was given to the same supervisor and again we were told that they were taken care of it and crediting our account.
This has gone on for three weeks now with us contacting them almost daily and them promising to correct their mistake.
Bottom line... Don't order their products. It's not worth the money or the headaches.
