They sell you a free CD for shipping cost then debit your account for a monthly fee of $49.95 without authorization. The CD is a copy of the same help file you get from Ebay for free and then they offer a monthly subscription to products you buy through them and resell, but they are over priced and you can not sell them and make a prfit if they even exist at all. The same products can be bought on Ebay for less than what they offer as a discount. The information they provide to supposedly increase your sales on Ebay is the same information you get as a registered seller at Ebay for free through their online help. They do it through online surveys, so whatch out for the suveys. The CDs will also have you submit your Ebay account information and registration passwords through the CD, this is a possible phishing scam to get your private information. Do not register or access online accounts through any CDs offered by third parties. The CD may be able to send the info to a third party who can ripp you off further.
