I signed up for a FREE credit report back in July of on the website it said the credit card number was ONLY used for verifing your identity, so I thought why not!? I noticed they were charging my account 12.00 every month. I was finally able to find the phone number for them lastnight and called them. They said that I should have contacted the website to cancel my order. I didn't even place an order! After speaking with a supervisor there I was informed I they could only credit 3months back to me in 7-10 days. I would have to FAX a letter to some kind of consumer relations group to get the rest of my money back. However I wanted the phone number to these people but yet they could not provide me with a telephone number either. My husband is serving in Iraq, and this is how the treat me?! I filed a report with the better business bearu of Califorina today, they informed me they have lots of complaints against them already. I will be getting all of my money back.
