Ripoff did not pay my in a timely manne

I did some signing for SOX in July, I did not receive my check until the end of September. I only received it then, because I told them to Fed EX it to overnight.

Here it is October and I still waiting for my check for the signings I did in August. I called Brandy last week and she told me that the my check would be going out on last Friday. I still have not received it. I called again today and Brandy told me that my check would go out this Friday. I called back and asked to speak with the Operations Manager and was told she is on the line do you want to hold, I kindly said yes. After holding for 9 minutes the receptionist (Melanie) comes back and says I will transfer you now. When she transfers my I get a voice mail for Missy Dobbs. They have removed me from the notary list and I couldn't be happier. I just need them to pay me the money they owe me.

When I call and ask for Brandy's supervisor I am told Brandy is the Manager of the Finance Department. I told them it has to be someone over Brandy. They keep insisting that there isn't.
