I paid for Axess Printing to print several copies of my book. I am not going to go into the steps that took placed; however, it was a mutual agreement to refund my money. Bill Harris, the Operations Mgr. (Brandy's boss), sent me an email stating that they will refund my money. I waited a week and I did not receive a refund (my debit card credited for the payment of the print job.) I contacted Brandy via email inquiring about my refund. She stated that she sent the request over to her accounting people (who is not in their office), and she will follow up on it. Three weeks have passed before following up with Brandy Moss. It's been lies after lies about the refund of my money. I have every last one of Brandy's email. One email, Brandy stating that her accounting people will forward the check to their office and she will mail me a check. Another one stating, she have the check and it will go out in the mail. Brandy even have gone as far as send me a copy of a check that was written out with Andrea Busse name signed to it. I have a list of dates I wrote down talking with Brandy. Every time I talk with her... I knew she was lying. She stated that she will check on my payment. They will issue a check out for the amount owed. Brandy even claim that she will drive the check down to my office. Constant lies. After, I really said enough is enough after six months, I stated that I was going to actively pursue to get my refund. I contacted my financial institute to asked for a charge back. They told me that after 90 days, they don't issue a charge back. It was 90 days trying to get my book right before we thought about a refund. We were trying to work with Axess Printing. I sent Brandy an email stating that I will be at their location at specific day (giving them a couple days to gather my funds) to collect my refund. The day I was going to make the 2 hours and 20 minutes drive, I called Brandy. She immediately gave Bill the telephone. Bill sounding like he really don't care attitude. I see why because after talking to Bill. I have started to gather all my documentations (including the FAKE check Brandy sent me via email) and printed them all out. Let me back track a little. During my conversation with Bill. He explained that they don't write checks. That I have to do a charge back. I explained to him with the lies that Brandy have told for so many months, I cannot do a request a charge back. They will have to issue a charge back. Bill was so quick to state, "Brandy was not allowed to do that." He stated that a few times, "Brandy was not allowed to do that." Then he went onto say, that they don't write checks because in the past, they have given people their money back and they still have done a charge back.
