I have placed my order on 10/4. Today is the 10/22/06, I still haven't received my order, I have emailed this place many times and I never got any response from them but an automatic email response. They have no telephone customer services and I have read many unsatisfactory reports online for the same situation.
This company put online that they will ship the orders within 24-48 hours, but this is a lie because lots of people are not receiving the order in a month or two. This company is very dishonest, and i would really like to know if i am going to receive my costume by tuesday, I told them I need it by tuesday, but they never respond to me.
They respond to my friend's email because my friend wants to file a lawsuit against them, but they don't respond to me. I think I want to file a lawsuit against this company too. They are very dishonest, and have bad customer service.
