I called to discuss the car auction and was told the auctions were like eBay. He asked for my credit card to process a membership. While I was still asking questions about the auction process, the salesman ran my Visa and charged $650.00 to my card. $150.00 for the membership and $500.00 deposit for bidding on a car. This is not at all like eBay, I soon found out. When my first bid was over, I asked who won the car. I was told the car is still open and then goes to the live auction for further bidding. I was not told this by the salesperson. He misrepresented the business and when I asked for a refund were told of rediculious fees and no refund policy. I paid $150.00 for a membership and $500 deposit for bidding on a car. When I complained that the auction was misrepresented to me, I was told I could cancel. But, the $150.00 fee for the membership was non-refundable. Three days later, I was told that they have a $39.00 fee, $59.00 fee and another fee that will be taken out of my $500, and I would be refunded $410.00. I have learned an expensive lesson about buying a car on the Internet. I have yet to see by refund of $410.00. This is a ripoff scam and these guys are lower than pond scum.
