Ripoff, FRAUD! Charged my account and never sent the item

I am very disappointed with DOXY LINGERIE. I ordered my costume for HALLOWEEN 2006 on September 13. My order is showed as that date and my credit card was charged and cleared on September 15. I have still not received an email back after the seven i have sent asking about my order. I understand that this is a busy time, but why havent i received anything after twenty six days. Very poor business and communication!!!
