Ripoff This company sent me a $12,000, 000 voucher that looked like a check

I received a voucher that looks like a check from THE SWEEPSTAKES AUDIT BUREAU with a document number: 8382-0290-2048.
They said this money was unclaimed and didn't want me to forfeit my right to win this money.

They want me to send them a one time research and data fee of $5.00 which must be assessed along with my completed claimed form by the deadline 10/18/06. If I don't do this it nay result in my loss of eligibility.

They said they cannot process my request until they receive my completed claim form and fee of $5.00 No exceptions permitted.

I use 411 information this morning and tried to find this company in Dallas, Texas and the operator said they had no listing of THE SWEEPSTAKES AUDIT BUREAU. I knew it was a scam because you never suppose to send money to win money. If you win money you later be responsible for paying your taxes on it.
