I am among the many who have fallen prey to the deceptive hype of the carnival schill, Jim Peterson. After swallowing his line of bull I ordered $2500 worth of what I hoped would be computer... Oops... Wrong again!
Within three days a complete melt down, it took over a month to get repaired. Within three weeks it blew up again and they did NOTHING! I paid for the repairs myself. Did I mention it was delivered missing parts like all the software, the operating manual, the printer didn't work and my multi-hundred dollar 19 inch flat panel upgrade went up in smoke? It took four months and hours of phone calls before they replaced it.
Why are they allowed to continue their criminal activity? Fraud or theft, call it what you like. Jim Peterson belongs in jail! It's been eighteen months now and they have offered nothing in the form of remedy but they are just great at requesting payment. Do the guys upstairs at ValueVision have a clue?
