In July I called Simply You to cancel a trial membership and was told the membership was cancelled after the women trying to sell me more on the membership. She said I would receive 100.00 in offers I told her no I wanted to cancel the membership she stated that I would receive a credit for the month of July. So I did not think anymore of it I noticed today that there was another charge in September so I went and looked at August as well and sure enough they charged me in August also. I called them today and the women Shenae I spoke to stated that I agreed to receiving the 100.00 offer I told her no I didnt I asked to have the membership cancelled and obviously the women I spoke to didnt do as I asked. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to file a complaint at Consumer Affairs 9500 W. Dodge Rd. Ohama NE 68114. Then she proceeded to argue with me that the materials were sent to me I informed her I have never received anything at all from their company so she proceeded to read me my address I told her I do not care what her records show I never received anything from their company. She then stated well that is what my records show I stated to her that is your companies words I am telling you I never received anything from your company. She stated that there was record of my calling in July I again explained to her I asked to have it cancelled. She then stated that the account would be cancelled as of today. I am really hoping that my bank will do the right things but someone has to stop these kind of companies from getting away with this.
