We have never received servcies from this Company. They have taken 600 dollars from our charge account and have billed us through a collections acct for 300 dollars. I made numerous calls to very very rude staff telling them we do not and will not pay for their services andhave sent back unopened the only service they provided to us.in other words, nothing was provided to us at the sum of 1,000. I have all the paper work and have documented all p hone calls made to them. They actually were the nastiest group I have ever dealt with. Have verbally told many other families about our experience to deter them to ever use this service. Word of mouth can be lethal.
