I signed up for the ppc advertising on overture.com and google at the same time. Google's Adwords campaign was excellent, you pay for the clicks that you get and it seems to be a great marketing tool. Overture.com took a deposit of sixty dollars from me, and credited me fifty dollars for a promotion, and the next thing I know my account is off line for three weeks.in this time I have adjusted my spending level to account for the low amount I am allowing to try out their services, however I am given the run around over and over and over again from their "support" team. I asked to either turn on my account and give me the advertising that I paid for or refund my money. I made a simple request and I can't seem to get either from this company. If I have a credit of over a hundred dollars, just give me what I paid for. If this company can't provide what the consumer is paying for, then they should not be charging customers up front for services that are not provided. A refund is a simple thing, I would like to take my money to Google and get the clicks that I pay for in a timely manner without all of the crap in between.
