Pathway Medical Group, INC collected money from my Medical Insurance Company for services performed and then 2 years later sent me a collections notice saying I owe the amount that was already paid by insurance company. It appears someone in the billing department is stealing money by taking the payment from insurance then not putting the payment in their general ledger making it look like it is unpaid in their accounting system. This company has a does not follow the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). If you use this medical provider I would recommend keeping all your receipts and Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company.
In my experience the services provided are exceptional and I have no complaints against the Doctors, Nurses or level of service provided. This complaint only has do with with their non-medical staff that run the daily operations of the company
