Fraudulently took money from my checking account

When I got my bank statement in the mail for this past month, I noticed a $49.95 deduction from a company called National Platinum. They were in no way authorized to do so. I have started the steps to reverse the deduction, and hope to get something done legally about it. I have read other reports on this company, and don't see how this company can be allowed to RIP-OFF unsuspecting people like this!!! Please, if this has been done to you too, don't hesitate to report them.
