I was ripped off, basically the same ways that I've read lots of other people, were. They misinformed me about the procedure to recieve my rebate upon purchase. I was told that I was already registered for the rebate at purchase, and I would recieve it in the mail within 30 days.
When the 30 days came, with no rebate, I tried contacting them to find out where my money was, someone else told me that I was supposed to apply, and directed me to the site to register for the rebate. When I tried to register, they told me I was too late to register, then upon calling back, they directed me to OnRebate.com, and I was unable to get help there.
I sent out and E-mail to Tiger Direct requesting help, they sent me these numbers, 1-800-318-7961, and 1-877-694-8509, they told me I was S.O.L.!! They said I needed to show them a rebate form, (that I was unable to get!) or to Go back to the store, who already told me they were not going to help me, (note the store is 2 hours from my home).
