Lean Life Or Hoodia Burn Fat
Complete Scam and Ripoff. Stole money from my bank account

I ordered a sample for $5.95 after seeing a show on Oprah about how wonderful the product was. I admit, I was intrigued and wanted to try it. Well, little did I know that I would be billed in excess of $100.00 for so much product that I never ordered or wanted.

I tried calling, and after calling and calling for hours I was put on hold only to be hung up on. I called back. Now I was on a mission and I was going to get it all straight. Or, so I thought.

I finally spoke with an extremely rude person who informed me in no uncertain terms that I would not be refunded any money under any circumstances regardless if I sent the product back or not. She told me that I should have read the policies on the website better.

Well, I went back to the website and saw an extremely small link that took me to a page that informed of being signed up to be charged 69.95 every time they shipped more product and that I was also now part of some health club that was free to charge me 19.95 a month.

The disclaimer page informed that all users have 14 days to cancel. I did not recieve the product until a month after I originally ordered the sample. This is the hugest scam I have ever heard of. Anyway, I cancelled the atm bank card that I originally signed up with (innocently thinking it was only going to be about six dollars). I figured there was nothing I could do about my original stupid mistake no matter how crooked they might be. I knew they were protected because of that link to the disclaimer and policies page, so I just ate the 109.00 and chalked it up to live and learn.

Now, here is the worst part: somehow they have gotten my bank account information and are now charging me 69.95 again in August (9 months later) for product I have not received. I never gave them any information to my bank account, just the check card number and that was cancelled in January. I even called, spoke with someone at Lean Life in December and cancelled the Lean Life account months ago. Surely this is illegal and it has got to be stopped.

I would love to see the people responsible for this scam sued and fined or sent to jail because accessing bank information after an account was requested closed has got to be against the law. If anyone knows what course of action should be taken, please inform.
