I ordered a Proseal from this company Mar 19 thinking I would receive the product in 3 to 4 weeks. Didn't happen. I finally called them to check on the product May 19 and they told me it was on back order. Called the next day and they saided it had been shipped three weeks earlier. I then ask for a refund and she told me I would have it in 7 to 10 business days.
I called several times in Jun and they kept telling me about their refund department had lost data and they would have it fixed by the end of June. I called several times in July and they kept pushing the date back to two more weeks. I have reported these ripoff artist to the Attorney General of NY and the BBB and FTC. I called them this morning and they put me on hold and never did answer the phone.
