I ordered ProSeal online after seeing an infomercial on 3/23/06. My account was charged on 3/27.By 5/19 I still had not received any product so I called. I was told I would get a refund by the end of May. I called at the end of May and was told it would come 15 - 20 business days after the request. Called again in mid June and was told I could expect a refund at the end of June - they had experienced system problems. I spoke to someone on 6/30 who told me it was being reproccessed. Then I spoke to a supposed manager who gave me the complete runaround and told me I could expect my refund at the end of August. It's now Sept. 13th and guess what! No refund! I wish I had known about this website before I had ordered this product from this loser company!
I will continue to pursue this only because of the principal. The money has been gone so long it's really no big deal anymore. If anyone knows how we can get the word out there to more consumers, let me know and I'll help!!
