My home loan was sold from AMC to EMC Mortage, which I have had continually problems with this company since. I have mailed my payments on numerous occassions on time and they have not been posted until two to three weeks later. They were to pay the property tax which is included in my payment and they said it wasn't their problem AMC, the money was transferred from AMC but I ended up paying for it of my own pocket. I receive
harrassing calls even after a few days into the month more than one time in a day they have called my home today at least twelve times affording to the caller ID and they have even called my work four or five times in the same day and even have tried to pass themselves off as friends of mine and I wasn't even at work that day which I can prove but continued to do so. I can never
get the web site to work to be online to pay direct. I am sick and tried of dealing with these people. Any suggestions are welcomed
