Litton loan has rip me off i would not off been aware of this if they had not put me into foreclosure. My husband was tring to tell me that something wasn't write. My husband was hurt on his job and was out of work for 8months we were geting workmans comp but it was not what he had been making when we got 2 months behind and once we tryed to get caught up the payment only kept going up. We went into foreclosure the next thing i knew forceing me to file chapter 13 to keep my home. They then tried to claim we had escrow when all alone i had been paying my own ins. I let the attorney that was handling my chapter 13 case know. That got his attention to look at other things. They were all kinds of thing differnt in my mortage papers than what i realy had signed when taking my lone out with someone else out that litton bought out. The decribsion of my land they had in georgia i live in goodwater alabama. All kind of hiden fees and attorney fees. They cant explain these fees. They have also been charging me every month for inspection fee. My attortney ask what this was they said that they have been driving by once a month looking from the road to inspect my home. Well you can't see my home from the road. My payoff is now 118, ooo and i only borrowed 108,000. The home appraises for 130,000. But that dosen't mean that it will sell for that i live in the country and the home may sell for 100,000 so i don't understanding not wanting to work with me to pay my home so they can get there money. If i have any way they will be stopped way before my home is paid off. I have 3 kids when the loan was taken out with the company that litton bought my loan from because my 2 year old was only 6weeks old, we had only built the home 3months and my husband at the time come and left for weeks asking for devorce. We got devorce and the home was finance through local bank. I got the home because my father had given me the land to built the house on he and my mother live at the bottom of hill and my sister live at top of hill we built in the middle, he also owns 68acres surrounding my property, but i had to get the home financed in my name so i did what i had to do and they were about the only one that would take the loan with me single mom of 2 and my income. At the time i wasn't being able to show the childsupport because devorce was not final. Payment going up from 500 to 822. I have remarried and was doing fine until new husband got hurt on job and in the middle a new baby born and was early and very sick, but we tried to catch up and they would not accept they had put us in foreclossure. We know are making our payments on time and they are still trying to force us out of our home and filed removal of the home to my chapter 13 attorney. He is trying to appeal that in the mean time found out the rest of there mess up and we are to sue and get everything we can out of this so called mortage company. I am willing to try to stop them under any cost before they continue to do this to other people trying to live, work, pay there bills, and have a home of everyone dreams.
