Fraud, filed lawsuit in name of credito

LB&N filed 2 lawsuits in the name of the CCC against me.

Neither card company was registered with the SOS of Oklahoma and both "request for admissions" sent to LB&N was not completed and returned by the CCC whom they claimed was thier cliant.

They failed to show up in court on 8/9, but the Judge ruled "dismissed without prejudice" (they protect their own don't they)

Now, I would like to go after them on the Fraud and other things not just LB&N but the CCC too.

Can anyone help?
