United Family Circulation And National Publishers Exchange
Illegally signed me up for over 7 different Magazine subscriptions by getting my adress online

Hello,
I would like to tell you my horrible experience I have having as I type this complaint.
To better understand my situation I have copied and pasted an email that I have been emailing to all parties involved.

I had to call each magazince rep. To cancell.

Dear *Magazine,
I called and spoke with your customer service yesterday
7/12/06 wed,
Because I received a * Magazine subscription in the mail and it was titled
(Childcare) Then My address, It wasn't even in my name.

I was confused as I didn't subscribe to your magazine.
I also received 7 other magazine subscriptions all titled
(Childcare) within this week.

Some of the magazines I received were very Innoproperiate especially if I (a child care home) ordered them, (which I did not.)

I have a Childcare Business and I am listed all over on the Internet.
A fraudulent Agency Illegally signed me up for magazine subscriptions and you are one of the victims as well.

When I called your customer service yesterday I was treated so nice,
(THANK YOU FOR THAT.)
you were also nice enough to let me know what agency put this order fraudulent order in,
this is the agency information you gave me:
National Publishers Exchange
727-536-6624

I called them long distance to straighten out this fraud and was treated horrible by their customer service rep, so I asked to talk to the manager,
The manager was even worse.
She stated that her agency did nothing wrong and said another agency sent them the order and they just processed it.

I explained the story and she raised her voice at me.
I let her know that I am trying to fix a scheme to clear myself.
This is her inf.
Marlice Barnes
Manager of National Publishers Exchange
727.524.3600 x2295
727.373.0873 (fax)
[email protected]

She then stated that they have nothing to do with this and
she is putting the blame on this company:
United Family Circulation, 303 West Shadburn Ave, Suite #10, Buford, GA, 30518. You may contact them by phone # 770.831.7722

I have never been victimized like those before and I can not believe an agency would not listen to the facts that I was victimized.
She was in no way understanding or caring, she was more less trying to cover their tracks.

So I called again long Distant to United Family circulation and Talked to a customer service rep, her name is Tori.

She explained to me that they have people go door to door selling magazines and that I put in a large order.

I said that was a lie,
I never even had anyone come to my door at all???
They are fraud and what they did was illegal. I asked them to remove me from there list and told them that I will take action to let everyone involved know what both these companies have done to me.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and to my surprise Both these companies have outstanding amount of complaints.
I think I may want to go all the way with a legal action against them.

I am afraid that this may get worse and I will be billed or even sent to collections...

Your help would be appreciated in this matter.
Thank you.
