On May we ordered over the phone the SMC membership kit. After we got the materials we realize that was nothing good, so we returned the materials back.
After a month we realized that we been charged from SMC on two of our credit cards. It was very confusing for us to understand how and why they did that. I called and they asked me to mail copies of credit cards showing the charges.
Today I got a leter from them where they delay the procesing.
WE ARE DELAYED IN PROCESING YOUR ATTACHED ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON (S):
1- We need your SMC Membership Number. Please write it in the blank space at the top of this page.
A - Don't they know the membership numbers when they charge people's credit cards?
B - Why we got charged on two different credit cards and how they got our accounts?
