This company is using the ultimate delay ripoff. I've never seen anyone get away with delay tactics for such a long period of time without being shutdown. Probably because the largest amount of money they are stealing from any one individual is $10.95.
Nobody wants to pursue legal action for such a small sum of money and yet this company continues to promise to send you a refund or pair of jeans. Funny thing is, although they say they have shipped over 20,000 jeans, this figure hasn't changed in over a year and a half. I bet they haven't sent a pair of jeans or refund to anyone in the last year and a half.
Won't someone help all of us go after these crooks. I'm sure there are a few thousand of us out here who have been rippedoff for $10.95. Where's a good lawyer when you need one?
