Rochelle Gordon, My Wealth, Health & Happiness, money back guarantee ripoff

Helper or scammer...

In the beginning I thought she and her organization as a helper. One who helps others believe in themselves and boost your esteem, but now after buying her products for a year and no matter how hard I try and put into my own endeavors - I am finding that she doesn't back her own guarantee on any of the items you may purchase from her or her "friends".

Plus the fact that some of the items her & her friends market to their interested public (you have to be on her mailing list to get the marketing ploys...) are series that are not listed as series.

Several times when I felt the objects she sent me were not working, as my luck has seemed to take a dive everytime I ordered something from her, but I never gave up. Until now - especially after she herself (or her employees) promised me three wishes and to have a special prayer for the first three months of the year to go with each wish. I received one prayer and never heard from her again for the other two that were to be done in the next proceding months a head.

Then one of the books I ordered from her friend Benjamin - a supposed professor of Feng Shui. The book was called Feng Shui Solution and it had an overall view of Feng Shui and how to understand the main key called a Bau Gau - which it included the image and a report on how to "unlock it".

When I received the document it wasn't even a real "book" as it had been described in the email or on the link the email provided to order the item. It was a folder with no pockets with loose "pages" that if you drop it - you could easily lose what page goes where as the pages were loose plus each page had my name spelled COMPLETELY wrong and I when I checked out I was told the total was $9.95 plus shipping for $5.00 - yet i was charged a total of $19.95! I was very unsatisfied with this item, and wanted my money back. The email said - for whatever the reason be or just no reason at all, just ask and you'll get a refund right way, you can even keep the report or throw it away.

Well I requested my money back. Several times. Next thing I know I am receiving detailed reports that are the same as the 'book' i actually did order... And along with these separate reports were a new charge to my credit card for $19.95 - each time I received a new report.

I opened a couple of them thinking perhaps they were sending me a book with my name spelled correctly or maybe it is finally bound so you don't mix-up the order of the pages (being they were NOT numbered!) but now each new report was about a different section of the bua gua (or bau gau).

I checked the original order - which I always save them - and it never mentioned that I was signing up to a series at $19.95 PER REPORT!

Neither did the first report I actually had thought I wanted mention it was a series I was signing up to.

I see this all as a gimmick to get more money, and not as a way of giving your customers more, especially if they are $19.95 a pop!

I eventually came to the conclusiong that I must send the items back to get my refund, so I did, by this time the total price is equalling $99.97 and i have five reports. I send them all back in one envelope that I had bought, and I insure the item. The next month I get another report... And another charge on my Visa account for $19.95 - three days later I get one of the unopened reports back that I sent back with the opened reports!

I was in utter disbelief that their organization was so lacking of their disrespect! I sent a letter along with the reports demanding my money back... And I never received a dime. Then I thought - well that would figure why none of the charms 'felt' good to me anymore... So I prepared them to send back. I sent them an email, about the items I was sending back - and I came back to me as the email address no longer being valid.

So I called the number they supplied in my email - DISCONNECTED... Yet I am still receiving emails from them soliciting their products and how all I need is this or that to bring my luck around. I am thinking that maybe the luck I am having is now due to their influence of negativity on their part for NOT refunding me for the items I should have 1) never been sent in the first place, and 2) for the items I said I wanted a refund on and have never received the refund.

I decided to threaten to report them to the better business bureau of Connecticut - they gave me a credit of $19.95 - ONE... Just ONE... And they charged my account $19.95 6 times! EEK!

To say the least I do not believe anything her emails say or anything she may "feel" as I find the whole matter rather dishonest on her part.

If you say refund full price including shipping, or 'i take all the risks' or 'no reasons needed'... Then stand by your guarantee!

If you don't mean it - then dont' put it in every email you send out. Plus the quality of some of these items are just POOR. Very POOR quality.

So now I am complaining here - I know there will be some that will send a rebuttal as I have read where she had helped many. But with all the promises she made me and none of come through... I do know now she can't help everyone... And those she can't help, she should stand by her own words in these marketing ploys, otherwise us she can't help lose more confidence in her other gifts.
