I ordered the book only! They took funds from my bank account without my permission twice! When i spoke to customer service, i was told they would credit my bank account for the most recent charges and send me a check for the original charge that was too old to credit. So far i have recieved nothing! This is a total rip-off and fraud! I want my money back!
