Ripoff Charged 14.95 on phone bill for VM through Billing resource Internet

I opened my phone bill, and Billing resource for American Premium Warehouse had billed me for the amount of $14.95. I have never heard of this company! I called the phone company and informed them I have never heard of this company and I'd I would pay my regular phone and they were to investigate what and who these people were! The so called VM 1X setup was dated 09-23 on the bill.
