Be very cautious ordering from this web site. They do not stand behind their 100% satisfaction and What you see is what you get.
I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers in Aug which was paid in Can dollars and what was sent was a pair of Ugg mini boots. When contacted the site, they requested pictures which I provided and realized that they sent the wrong item. They requested me to wire funds to cover the cost of shipping and bank charges which I did (2X in Can dollars.) with a guarantee that the correct item will be shipped and then they sent on both occasions more boots and not slippers. The manager then stated since this happened 3X that I could order 2 pairs of uggs (anything I wanted) and they would shipped it to me as long as I paid the shipping. They also changed the currency in which the last wire was done from Can dollars to Euros which I questioned and they said it would be fine. Low and behold it was not. They then told me that their bank charged them 6 Euros and then all of a sudden it was another 20 Euros so they could not ship out 2 pairs but 1 (which I still have not received) So for a pair of Ugg slippers that should have cost me $ 87.00 Canadian has ended up costing me $ 235.00 Canadian for 3 pairs of Ugg boots that I will not wear and still no slippers
