I was debited 21.95 and when I called their 866# a rude lady answered and wouldn't return my funds. She said she could cancel the account but she wouldn't refund my money. I never signed up for anything. I completed an application over the phone for a pay day loan. The debit came from my account for Roadside Plus right after the loan was taken out.
I called the payday loan company and left a message. I also called my bank and put in a dispute for this charge.
This company has to be sued. If you know of a good lawyer please let me know.
