Keeps charging my credit card $49.95 every month, my bank will not stop accepting

This crook has been charging my credit card for months for $49.95 and $5.25. My bank refuses to stop accepting charges from these crooks, even after I told them the charges were fraudlent.

How can we get these crooks off the internet???
