They provide autoresponder services which they claim work well. They don't. They didn't work for me at all - ever. I have talked to another person taken in by these scammers and his experience with them is much the same as mine so I'm not fighting windmills here.
I purchased a lead package from them to use the leads in their autoresponder system. I couldn't send a test email to myself, my friend in Texas or my web-based account. I asked them to fix it. After 30 days of back and forth all they could tell me was that it worked for them when they sent the test out. Great I said but it doesn't work for me and that makes it useless.
I never downloaded the leads and told them I wanted a refund. They didn't answer that and, in fact ignored it. Then they charged my account again for more leads knowing full well that they never fixed the problem I was having.
I'm considering a class-action suit as this company is unresponsive, unreliable, untruthful and they are thieves.
