Ripoff they won't return my money after I sent the packet back amount of $99.00

This company was misleading. The packet I ordered with the guarantee of returning it back and then to get my refund of $99.99 which has now been since Jan. 26. No refund yet and I have now called 5 calls and get the run around or the operators hand up on me
