Their telemarketing dept. Called constantly for months, even when I told them I had no interest. I finally talked to the rep about it and she told me if I pay a dollar for a packet, the calls will stop and there is no obligation and no further charges unless I choose to continue with the company. The packet came and a few days later they charged my account $150 then another $359 after that. When I called to complain, the rep told me "no problem, we'll cancel you and refund your money", but when transfered to the cancellation dept, things changed. I have to write a letter to receive a refund which may or may not be in full. We'll see. I'll keep posted
