We are a new autobody shop, In October the National Buiness Alliance, contacted us to apply for a $8000.00, with a fee of $149.50, which we paid. When we recieved the "Packet" the credit card was for use only on their web site. We requested a refund within the 30 days, was then asked to send the "Packet" back, we did. Now its Febuary, NO REFUND, and we can't get in contact with anyone. The phones aren't answered and messages are not returned.
