I see that this Deal Pass goes by more than one name.
Rip Honest People Off and change the name!!! First of all I never meet this company nor done any business with them. Somehow they put charges ($ 24.95 $ 1.00) on my credit card (old credit card #), my # had been changed for nearly a year. When I seen this on my statement, I called the credit card company and reported the charges. I had to call Today's Escapes and cancel this so called membership before they could help me.
Upon calling this company, they spoke spanish and then english. I told them I want to cancel my membership, that I never asked for and a cancelation #, He said, "I can help you with that", then do it. He told me the $ 24.95 was for a year not by month. I told him I don't care, I want it cancel and a complete refund.
NOW, this is the kicker, When I ask him how he got the credit card #, he said by you, Really, then why do you have the old # and not the new credit card #. This was changed nearly a year ago. At first I thought he had quit breathing!
Then he put me on hold, came back and say I would get a refund for the $24.95. I told him I want my dollar back to. You see the dollar was bait, if they can charge the dollar, then they go back and make other charges on your accounts.
It took 4 hrs. Of my time on these charges, I ask my credit card co. Why they accepted these charges, why where they transfer over to my new # when it had been nearly a year, I had the # changed. The fraud dept. Let it happen. I'm filling out a fraud report for them and I'm sending the booklet I received in the mail.
So, guess what!!! They paid back double to my charge card, including the $ 1.00. Double for you trouble!!!
Anytime you deal with a third party on the internet, they sell your name, e-mail address, credit card #, debit card #, etc... Can you believe this company is still calling me trying to get my new #? Are They Nuts!
You see around the holidays or income tax time you get these jerks coming out from everywhere's to rip you off. They don't care about your problems or your family.
People has been trying to steal my identity for the last three years. I've contact all of my credit cards co. And told them want was going on, plus I check all of my statements.
You see alot of people don't like paypal, they saved me $296.00 on a watch I never ordered. It pays to change your number. When you use your credit card some companies have other web sites, friends and they just take advantage of your information. It's very easy, after all they have your Number.
I'm through crying, I'm more than ready to FIGHT!!!
Also, I Want To Thank All Of You For Your Reports, you see, you All Ready save me Money, because the companies are on this web-site, that I was getting ready to deal with. Thanks for the info!
