On February 17th of a colleague of my company Dako Colerado Inc in Fort Collins, ordered and purchased through Raindrop Technology, 1 Rio Carbon 5GB MP3 Player Refurbished $139.97 = $139.97 shipping cost $14.23, TOTAL DUE: $154.20.
He received an email with invoice No. 545 and confirmation No: 98945DD from Eric Doty representing Raindrop Technology.
After one week, the expected time of delivery, with no delivery/update of my purchase from Raindrop Technology, my college called and left a message with his contact information for Eric / Raindrop Technology.
In addition, he emailed to Eric (Raindrop Technology) requesting that they tell him the situation of his purchase/delivery.
There was no reply to his call or email at all.
Thereafter, I by myself emailed and called Eric of Raindrop Technology 10 times a week and yet no answers to my calls and emails.
I can just plead and ask for assistance, if you would, to recover the purchased item and/or my money from Raindrop Technology, LLC by all means as available to your office.
