In August I ordered a vacuum cleaner from IGIA by phone. They billed my credit card for two units - over $400.00.
When I called them, they said they would correct the mistake. They did not and when I called and cancelled the order they said they would credit by card. I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone and e-mail and have never received my credit.
This company needs to be shut down and I would appreciate any advice on how to assist in doing so.
