Best suggestion so far is to contact the WA attorney general's office. Filed complaint today. Actions speak louder than words. File a complaint online just like HJ from Glendale wrote about. Here's the link again:

Took just a couple of minutes to fill it out and you will be contacted by them with an email. Contact your state Realtor Association and NAR as well. Let them put out a questionnaire or whatever needs to happen so that more unsuspecting people don't lose their hard-earned money.
