I went to uniway of rock hill, and won a 500 dollar shopping spree. I went to freegiftsofamerica.com, and placed the order, and paid for the product.
I found out that it was a scam, and called to cancell my order 3 times, and emailed this company. The lady from freegiftsofamerica.com was so rude, and even told me that she would charge my card again, and I told her I nhad cancelled my card, and she said she would find a way to charge it.
I was also told that fed ex had my package, and it was on it's way, but fed ex doesn't have it and says the company never gave it to them. I then called uniway, and told them that the shopping spree was a rip-off, and that I want the 500 dollars that I won, or that they needed to compinsate me for this, and I still have not heard from them yet.
The lady from uniway said that they aren't responsible for that, and I told her that they had promised me a 500 dollar shopping spree, and since it was a fake that they are responsible, but they haven't attempted to fix it, so that tells me they care about the money not the customer. That's why I wasn't stupid enough to give them $2,499.00 for a lousy membership.
