Billed my local phone service for services I didn't authorize ripoff

I am so sorry to bother you with this. Okay this is how it all started. I set up online bill pay to pay my SBC local phone service bill. Well, I get online today and have a e-mail from the bill pay company informing me that my bill is due and it's about 20.00 dollars more than usual.

So, I view the details in my bill and up pops Oan Services Inc. Who I'm being charged from. I have no idea who this company is or why I am being charged from them. So, I get on Aol and type in the company's name as it appears on my phone bill and I come in contact with all these different site about how Oan Services, Inc rips people off. I need help.

I know it might not seem like such a big deal but I am a single mother or two and am on a strict monthly budget I really cant afford this right now.
