Island national group also known as rjm acquisitions llc, assignee of fingerhut/axsys national bank has been sending me collections statements for about 8 months now. These statements claim i owe them $196.69 on an account i never opened. I have never purchased anything from fingerhut let alone opened an account. I have asked the company to send me an itemized list of purchases and a copy of the application with my signature but they have failed to honor my request. Island national group is trying to offer me a "double credit value offer to clear my debt that doesn't exist. I have notified all 3 credit bureaus and asked this debt be removed because they have failed to comply with my request but they continue to send me collection statements.
