I have had a similar experience as the rest of the people writing in about this company. With the exception I spoke with several people (the respresentatives that I spoke with were as follows: Dennis, Christine and Seth.) and was able to get the name of the owner of the company. Her name is supposedly Chrystal Brown. I was told she was at the corporate office and didn't speak with customers. I called information to get the number for the corporate office and they could not find a listing in Winter Park, FL.
When I was on the phone with the initial representative who took my information he told me that if I didn't want to give him my banking information so they could deposit the money I could fly to Florida so I could pick up the check in the amount of $12,500.00. As we were going through the recording of my information he kept breaking in on the recording and spoke over the information then told me that the reason he was speaking over the recording was because they were having problems with the recording and he needed to tell me what it was saying.
Today when I listened to their recording of the conversation there was nothing wrong with the recording. And for the first time I was able to hear what it said.
I told them I was going to turn them into the Attorney Generals office and try to start a class action law suit. These people need to be shut down. $50.00 won't make or break any of us. That is not the point. It is the principle of this. Stealing is stealing no matter what the amount is. They are stealing more than just our money, they are stealing our belief in people.
