I closed my Juniper account because they called me after I had made a Full payment by telephone. I paid the complete balance off including a $38. Over limit fee in November.

I received a bill for an additional $38. Over limit fee in December showing the account was closed.
I refuse to pay the fee twice when I paid the full balance off... Paid what they say I owed.

I called and spoke to two representatives who both treated me badly because I was upset and angry. The both refused to credit my account for the $38. And say I still owe it even though it was charged to me after I paid the full amount due.???

If you think about these illegal, or nearly illegal, practices, you understand that they are stealing from millions of people. If they charge 1,000, 000 people $38., they just made an easy 38,000, 000 dollars with just a stroke of the computer... Wish we could all make money this easy.

I wonder what my next over limit fee will be on my next bill on this closed account???

If you even think about doing business with this company, I suggest you STOP... Don't do it!!!
