Best Buy and Circuit City for ATI and NEC products
Ripoff - did not honor ATI rebate - although I mailed the proof of purchase they claim proof of purchase was not included. Consumer fraud ripoff

I sent everything required to receive the ATI rebate including the proof of purchase. After 8 weeks went buy and no refund, I contacted Best Buy rebate center at 1-800-849-0444. The rebate center informed me that the proof of purchase was not included. I distintively remember including the proof of purchase and knew immediately that I was ripped off. They asked if I still had the box and of course after 8 weeks I did not.
