Oakwood mobile homes 09/1997 gardner kansas salesmen give company vido tape introdution they give us a high asurance we were purcasing a oakwood manufacterd the roof rest asurde is 25yr warrenty the roof would cluter our yard after6 mnths water started destoying interior and home started shifting on foundation no atemps to live up to purchase presentation were made 9 home had to be abandon the cilings were hanging like water baloons after rain all atemps of contact company told me talk to manufacter of home they lied it is not a oakwood built home as presented oakwood has caused financal devestation and devorce and every 6mths a entry on my credit report this is detramization and harrasment over a bad bussnes practice to be laughed at by loan offecers or punked by oakwood corp ther is also a police report were i was removed from sales office after rain destroyed 5 generation of family photos and closet full of articals this home given to spouse & new husband free and clear by johnson county courts 12/1999 in aprilformer spouse abandond home. 6/02 oakwood aceptance corp took my bank savings & payrole i offerd to instale new roof and wall board if they would supply matrials perposal refused the 5year unlimited warrenty ended 8/02
