On Sept. 25, I placed an order for $82.89 (This included an additional charge for expedited shipping). After Two weeks went by, I started to email them, at first my emails were rejected claiming they had been sent to an invalid email address.
Next, I went back to the site to contact customer support, they are even so kind as to have a form for missing orders (I wonder Why...) after sending them numerous missing order forms with no responses I did a google search on Global Life Enhancements.
The first item to pop up was a rip off report (that's a ray of hope) I found a phone number which has since been changed, and left numerous voicemails to the polite recording. Still no response. I have contacted them every way possible, now their phone number is always busy, or rings until it disconnects.
I am a disabled U.S. Army Veteran with a spinal cord disease who has been trying trying alternative medicine for pain and healing. This company let me down, and then kicked me while I was down. I have been trying to get a refund, but no dice, I really am thinking about sueing them for everyting they have and that still wouldn't be justice, I know that sounds greedy, but I want to run them into the ground so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
They have been ripping people off for as long as they have been a website, and with an average purchase being around $80, when you're just taking the money and not sending out any orders that has to be a a nice chunk of change.
When they do respond to some customers, they make comments like maybe you were too high to remeber what you ordered. These people are crooks and not only that they are like the thugs of the internet, by ignoring or downright insulting their "customers". Besides if they truly were selling hebal products, they would know they do not get you "high" hey are merely a flavored smoke, some being useful to some ailments as used in different cultures, if these people don't even know what their proucts are used for, not tomention the fact there are so many complaints against them, I question if they really even hve thee products or if they are just con artists, blaming mail delivery, a person's state of mind, or just ignoring the people they steal from. Outside of civil suits, I bet if all of their records were seized they would be brought up on multiple criminal charges such as grand larseny, online fraud, even mail tampering, to name a few, my guess is they up would up the creek without a paddle out about $250,000 in refunds and fines and a minimum of 15 years in prison. Boycot this so called herbal supplier because if you ask me they are the one's smoking something strong enough to take that big of a risk, or maybe their defense would be that they forgot to put the orders through because they were too high. Please do not insult my intelligence by leaving a rebuttal telling me to contact your customer service department by email, phone, or mail. Besides, if you actually read or can read this complaint and left that response that wuld prove to everyone that you are the one's that are high beause obviously that doesn't work.
I want my money back so put away the crack, and honor your commitments, give a refund, or get ready for your business to go belly up I won't let this continue. I don't want to hear a rebuttal I want to her an apology and when I say apology I mean I want to hear you are refunding everyone who has been ripped off with interest, I just hope that you used all the money you tole from people like myself annd invested it in stock that has been extremely successful because after the amount of time people such as myself have been waiting I think we deserve our money back along with our orders and a written apology from who ever it was that made a mockery of American business.
